Toroidal roller bearings (CARB) is a new type of radial roller bearings.Its unique design combines a spherical roller bearing self-aligning cylindrical roller bearing capacity and the axial displacement characteristics.It also has a compact cross-section of needle roller bearings.Toroidal roller bearings for radial load conditions. This type of bearing is specifically designed to be used as a floating-side bearing, combined with its self-aligning and axial displacement characteristics, is a space-saving, ideal weight and production cost bearing. Design intends to make between inside and outside the ring to the axial displacement. Can accurately set the radial internal clearance. Toroidal roller bearing capacity is high, even in the angle error or axial displacement of the case.So the bearings can be reliably cut and long life.

Toroidal roller bearing main features:

NO.1     Toroidal roller bearing is in combination with the features of cylindrical roller bearing axial displacement ，compact needle bearing ，spherical roller bearing self-aligning ability and high loading strength.

NO.2     Toroidal roller bearing is provided with axial off-centered and axial displacement ability which is mainly used for the adaptation to equipments .

NO.3   Toroidal roller bearing can stand a width of 10 % axial displacement of its own .

NO.4   Toroidal roller bearing can withstand 10 times the shorter cylindrical roller bearing, tapered roller bearing or needle roller bearing to allow the angle of alignment error.

NO.5    in comparison with previous designed strongly-solid roller bearing ,Toroidal roller bearing has a higher loading capacity  30% .
